She loved vacationing in Wildwood every year with her family, enjoying her days on the beach, tearing through as many novels as she could. She was a woman of many hobbies over the years, including cooking, ceramics, cross stitch, and sewing. She loved to laugh, loved to dance, and lived to be the center of every party she attended. She always looked forward to the next destination and adventure with her husband, Louis, among them New York City, Florida, Reading and Atlantic City.

The family would like to extend our eternal gratitude to all of the staff and volunteers at Mercy House. Their service and compassion towards Barbara in her final days were a blessing, and the family felt immensely comforted that her final days would be in the care of such loving angels.
