Elizabeth “Betsy” Petruzzelli, 78 of Vestal, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Friday April 10, 2026 at her home. She was predeceased by her parents, Gordon and Elizabeth Butler. She is survived by her loving husband of forty-seven years, Thomas Petruzzelli; two sons, Josh (Jenette) Petruzzelli, Andrew (Lisa) Petruzzelli; nine grandchildren, Kourtney (William) Reilly, Marissa Becraft, Kyra Nemire, Ethane Nemire, Giovanni Petruzzelli, Vincent Komula, Elijah Petruzzelli, Serafina and Matilda Petruzzelli; two great-grandchildren, Marianna Smith and William Reilly, Jr.; two sisters, Debby and Nancy Butler; one brother, Gordon Butler III (Wendy); also several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a retired employee of UHS with forty years of service, a member of Northminster Presbyterian Church and a former Sunday School Teacher.
Funeral services will be held Friday April 17th at 11:00 AM at the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc. 1905 Watson Blvd. Endicott, NY, with the Rev. Lea Harding, officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home on Friday from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow at Northminster Presbyterian Church basement 711 Farm to Market Rd. Endwell, NY.
