Stephen J. Pilarcek, 74 of Endwell, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday September 23, 2026. He was predeceased by his parents, Francis, Sr. and Margaret Pilarcek; his brother Francis Pilarcek; also 7 brothers-in-law and 4 sisters-in-law on the Birchard side. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Elaine “WeeWee” (Birchard) Pilarcek; his brother Bob (Barbara) Pilarcek; his sisters-in-law Diana Pilarcek, Connie Darrow, Gloria Birchard and Barb Birchard; also, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Steve was a graduate of Union-Endicott High School. He was a local Owner and Operator of Archway Cookies and a salesman for Brach’s Candy. After moving to Raleigh, NC he was a salesman for Snyders of Hanover and a District Manager for Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe, Inc.
