Marge Evans, 88, of Endicott, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. She was born in Old Forge, Pennsylvania. She was predeceased in 2008 by her husband of 46 years, Robert Evans; her parents; three sisters; and two brothers.
Marge is survived by her children, Rob (Tracey) Evans, Becky (Joe) Franchini, and Rick (Tamara) Evans. She is also survived by her three beloved grandchildren, the loves of her life: Dr. Bethany (Tyler) Marbaker of Rochester; Adriane (Mike) Evans of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania; and Thomas Evans of Endicott.
Marge was an active member of Most Holy Rosary Church for over 50 years. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren. Her family would like to thank the staff of UHS at Ideal, Assisted Living for their compassionate care over the past six years.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 2, 2026, at Most Holy Rosary Church, 2596 Main Street, Maine, New York. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Riverhurst Cemetery.
