Deborah (Debbie) Savona, nee: Hendricks, passed away on August 11, 2025. She was born in Hackensack, New Jersey on March 24, 1960. She was raised in Sparta, New Jersey and attended Sparta High School. She was predeceased by her former husband, Carl Savona; her son, Jesse Savona, and her father, Alvin Hendricks.
She is survived by two sons, Deacon Savona (Jade) and his son, Noah Saylor Savona, Sean Savona and his kids; her mother, Barbara Sapio of Dagsboro, DE; her brother, Douglas Hendricks and wife, Nancy, of Dagsboro, De, also several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was loved by family and many friends. She loved her family and friends and was a dedicated member of Animal Rescue. She loved all animals, especially her horses, dogs and cats.
She found her lifelong dream of her mini farm calling it her “little bit of paradise.”
She will be dearly missed…..There will be a Celebration of Life on October 11, 2025. Location and time to be announced at a later date.
