Sandy Polakovich, 83, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on July 12, 2025. She is predeceased by her parents, Tony and Stephie Tollack and is now reunited with her loving husband, Bill Polakovich.
She is survived by three children; son, William Polakovich (Sherry) and grandchildren, Troy and Amy; daughter, Lisa Gallagher and loving grandchildren, Ryan and Meghan; son, Mark Polakovich (Anita) and loving grandchildren, Jase and Rylie; also, several loving cousins.
She was the most loving, funny and sweetest person who always devoted her time to family and friends, especially her friend Tracy, who always put a smile on her face. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held Thursday July 17th at 9:15 AM from the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc. 1905 Watson Blvd. Endicott, NY and at 10:00 AM at The Church of the Holy Trinity, 346 Prospect St. Binghamton, NY. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, NY. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home on Wednesday July 16th from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
