James A. Kushner

James A. Kushner 67 of Endicott, NY,  went to post one last time on November 29, 2025. He was born in Endicott, NY onnMarch 2, 1958 to Joseph and Susan Kushner. Besides his parents, he is predeceased by brother Gary Kushner, sister Barbara Dailey, nephew Glenn Schnauber, and special cousin Madelyn Kushner. Surviving Jim are sisters Karen Silverman and Kathy (John) Boll; brothers David (Laurene), Joseph (Judy), and Brian (Patty); nieces and nephews Kristin Davis, Mark (Julie) Silverman, Laura (Rick) Gibson, Nicole (Brian O’Hara) Kushner, Aimee (Jonathan) Weiner, Kyra Schnauber, John (JB) Boll, Victoria (Will) Whitcomb, and James Kushner; grand-niece Kelsey Silverman; and grand-nephews Joseph, Patrick, and Andrew Whitcomb.

Jim celebrated his last living wake with family and friends at his home on November 1st, 2nd, and 3rd enjoying the Breeders Cup horse races, Notre Dame football game, Sunday football, and Monday morning breakfast.

Jim was a 1976 graduate of Union-Endicott High School. He was a friend to many and had many lifelong friends from Little League, high school, and Oneonta College.

The family would like to thank his local friends who helped tremendously during his illness, the “Blue Angels” of Ross 1 at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital, and the caring nurses and staff at Mercy House.
