He made sure that all his children played an instrument and for many years the Perrys had a family band. In addition, Gene and his wife Sally operated the Hallelujah Tape Ministry, recording, copying, and distributing religious-themed cassette tapes, which touched the lives of many people.

Dolores was a faithful volunteer at the St Joseph’s Bazaar Bake sale, with folks vying to get her fat-free buchta.

She will always be remembered for her meticulous order managing her household, and her devout faith that guided her throughout her years. The family is grateful to all the loving aides from I Care who helped Dolores though her final months.
